Projected refrigeration job openings demand that trained and qualified individuals are needed, and the Project addresses not only the current needs, but the projected ones as well. The DOL, Bureau of Labor and Statistics (BLS) projects an increase of jobs within the ammonia refrigeration industry by 28% between the 2008 to 2018 decade. The DOL & BLS goes onto say that the refrigeration field will experience much greater than the average growth rates for all other occupations.
